Heighway Field Associates

HOUSES / APARTMENTS / HOUSING

HEIGHWAY FIELD ASSOCIATES enjoys an established reputation for producing high quality domestic architecture variously in the form of individual houses, apartments and group housing. Completed projects encompass new build, renovation and conversion frequently set within highly sensitive planning contexts of both rural and urban nature.

Private individuals and developers alike can take advantage of our skills in combining design flair with pragmatic construction and diligent contract management to maximise the potential of site and brief. Our recognised ability to quickly and effectively prepare incisive feasibility studies enables our clients to undertake meaningful viability assessments of development opportunities at an early stage.

In the course of our residential work, we have also acquired extensive experience of designing within HISTORIC built environments, in terms of both individual Listed buildings and development sites lying within Conservation and other designated Areas.
